That IKEA works with this company is a scandal by itself.

This company is working with IKEA. I don' t understand why IKEA is working together with this company, because the company doesn't communicate anything about the delivery. Last week I've ordered a sofa bed and from the client service I heard that they have passed my house. I waited the whole day for that. The IKEA made a second appointment, but unfortunately the second time happened the same. There was promised that the logistics partner should call to me before the arrivel, but that did not happen. They can also cannot make clear when my order is coming. Now I understand all the bad reviews. IKEA Portugal I advise to work together with another logistics partner or do the transport by yourself.

I would like to give 0 stars, I wish I could! I have been waiting for an Ikea delivery since 10am and you don't even pick up your phone and it's a paid number (5 for 15 minutes waiting). You honestly suck!

Muito mau, os empregados dizem que ė assim mesmo porque ganham 4. O nível de professionalismo que até falam do ordenado ao cliente do seu cliente. Pois pq eu fui cliente do IKEA. O IKEA para manter este tipo de parceria é porque quem a faz está a pensar noutras agendas, porque é impossível o IKEA trabalhar com uma empresa deste gênero, talvez a pior experiencia que tive para receber uma encomenda.

Aconselho vivamente o IKEA a cessar rapidamente a contratação desta empresa para entrega/montagem dos seus artigos, sob pena de ficar inexoravelmente associada à reputação de falta de profissionalismo, incompetência, má vontade e falta de simpatia. Serviço miserável. Danificaram-me a parede para pendurar um espelho, entenderam razoável inserir a bucha com uma valente martelada. Negaram, apesar de eu estar a observar o trabalho. Recusaram efetuar a montagem do restante material alegando que não tinham indicação para tal, apesar da minha insistência em querer apresentar provas em contrário. Não mostraram nenhum interesse em verificar as evidências. Na totalidade, foram 15 prateleiras que ficaram por montar e no entanto o serviço estava pago. Um dos funcionários recusou-se a dar o nome apesar da minha insistência. Vergonhoso. Assinalei uma estrela porque a aplicação não permite colocar um O. Na realidade, o serviço vale precisamente isso: zero.

Nao cumprem o dia da entrega , não avisam o cliente . Pedem para ligar para o 210103230 e o número não funciona . Assim é difícil , mais uma vez vou ter de reclamar com a Moviflor !!
